The Blue Cabin (Steveston)

The public was invited to tour the Blue Cabin in its new site at Imperial Landing in the City of Richmond’s historic Steveston Village, in traditional Musqueam fishing territory. These open houses included tours of the facilities and information on the history of the cabin as well as plans for upcoming residencies and programs. On March 12th, the Blue Cabin was officially inaugurated at the new site with opening remarks from Richmond Mayor Malcolm Brodie, Musqueam weaver Debra Sparrow and Blue Cabin founding member Glenn Alteen.
